10 speed cassette and 11 speed freehub body question

Do I have to use the 1mm spacer + the 1.85mm spacer behind the biggest cog? If I remove the 1mm spacer will my cassette be loose or so?

According to Shimano if you have a cassette that came w/ the 1.0mm spacer you need that AND the 1.85mm spacer. Most likely your cassette won't tighten properly if you leave the 1.0mm spacer out.

As soon as the lock ring starts "clicking", it should be obvious if the cogs are too loose.
Is it that difficult to just think a little bit?
