Seatpost clamp stuck in frame HELP

So I bought a BMC TMR01 2016 second hand a couple of months ago and it rode really well. Fast forward to last night when I tried to adjust the saddle height, I open up a rubber seal to uncover a seatpost clamp bolt that's completely covered in grease, sand, and rust. I managed to remove the bolt and one half of the clamp, which seems to be turning white and is crumbling, but the other half is stuck in the frame. I'm not sure whether it's stuck because of some sort of mineral build up, or dirt, or both, but does anyone have any tips on how to remove it without messing up the frame?

Does the user interface look like this?

BTW, did you buy it from a triathlete?
