Sounds like something that probably has is own design of seat post and clamp. So you better already have attempted contact with the bike manufacturer and also google search for every dealer of that bike you can find.

Or get your nephew training on another bike quick.

If it's just a bolt or something in the clamp that broke, well find another bolt.

Agree with Iride01. I hope the nephew's back up bike does him well. He does have a back up at that level, doesn't he? Andy

Steve,
I'm in the USA and wondered if your frame/part was available here... no luck.

But I did find the following post HERE
Apparently Brooks Cycles did sell the frame in the UK, I'd make a begging phone call to them first.
Also in Post #4 the frame is apparently know by other names, I wonder if the clamp is available from an alternate in short order.
Lastly, if the part is truly unavailable, and you can't manufacture/source a replacement part, maybe bond the post in place for the coming meet ? ...... Terrible idea, but time is not on your side.

Posting photos & details of the damage might garner better solutions or possibly an alternate source of parts.

All the best

Barry
