Phil Wood Spoke Machine Spacers

Someone who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty misplaced the setup spacers for the Phil Wood spoke machine. They are available at $143 each, but I'm well equipped to make a set on a local surface grinder if I can get the dimensions.
Does anyone have a set they can measure for me? I'm guessing it's awfully close to the minor diameter of the threads, but don't know if they are tapered or not. Approximate length, width, and thickness at the corners of the ground section is probably sufficient. If anyone is in SF city proper I'd be happy to come by and measure as well.
