Clamp torque value...

...for alloy seat post in carbon frame?
It's not on manufacturers web site.

Yes, more info needed. There are no universal CF seat tube clamp bolt fastener torque values. Just knowing what make/model your bike is can help you find this info with a quick google search too.

The saddle has a carbon frame and rails? Seat clamp = the the clamp that secures the saddle to the post? Or you talking about the frame clamp on the seatpost? If so, is the seatpost carbon.

The pressure on your post won't be a problem, its most likely the thread in the clamp that you need to watch.
Start with 5nm for a 4mm hex head bolt or 6nm for a 5mm hex head bolt, and put some insulation tape 1cm above the clamp to monitor if your post stays at the right height.
