Sounds as if the new cassette will last you a long time. May as well get "the best" which would still be DA.

If the OP rides in the smaller cogs most of the time and the larger cogs are used sparingly, then yes the Dura Ace will last a long time. If he uses the largest few cogs routinely those Ti cogs will wear faster than the Ultegra or 105 steel ones. Dura Ace trades cost and durability for lighter weight.

I can still climb stairs pretty good but can no longer rise from a full squat without using my arms. So, with that and the fact that I thoroughly clean and lube my chain every 100 miles, I suspect the 12-23 cassette may outlast me. Besides, it is only a back-up to my 12-25; in case I do get stronger.
