IGH issues, SRAM T3, shifter cable going slack
Hi guys,
I’m working on a bike with a SRAM T3 IGH with coaster brake. And it’s showing a behaviour I haven’t seen before. When I brake, the shifter cable goes slack.
Then, after something like a 1/4 turn of the pedals, there’s a ”clunk” and the cable goes taut again.
Everything is fine going forward. Gears work as expected. Only immediately noticeable issue is this braking behaviour.
Any ideas on what’s wrong, how to fix it?
