lbs cant find it after a quick look. i cant find it. but i recently noted that it only happens on my down stroke.
if your bottom bracket was broken would it click when power is applied or somthing? cause i hate when there is a noise i dont know what where its from.
edit: its a very high picthed "ping" like if you took the end of a cable and sprung it into the frame kinda

1) is the cable end crimp from your FD hitting your crank? Hmm? Is it??

no its not the cable hitting 
it happens every down stroke for both feet though.. im going to the bike shop next week and ill take it up further

What about BB flex under pressure? Could then be your chain rubbing the inner side of the Front Derailleur.

he adjusted the front derailer thinking that was it(and the fd was off by a good amount) but its still making the sound. and it's in every gear

Similar thing was happening to me recently. I originally suspected the BB.
I spoke to my LBS and they suggested looking at the chain ring bolts. They were right. I took my chain ring apart, put a thin smear of grease on the surfaces (not the threads) and re-assembled. Now the noise is gone.

Your chain ring bolts are probably loose. You don't need to take anything apart just tighten the nuts and hit them with a LITTLE lock tight.

I had a similar problem that was caused by the spokes rubbing against each other where they cross. I bit of chain lube at each cross fixed it.

Check the spoke tension. I just did a roadside fix on my last club ride...Guy's bike was making a strange noise, wouldn't make it in the stand at the shop. New bike, under 100 miles on it, I tightened all the spokes in the rear wheel 1/4 turn, and the noise is gone. Low spoke tension from the factory, or it loosened up from riding, I'll keep an eye on it.
