No signal to Cateye Padrone

Neither the cadence nor the speed values are being sent to the computer. Of course I have replaced the batteries and hit the reset button on the sensor.
I am reluctant to spend $50 on a new sensor - seems a bit high.
Any suggestions?

On the chance that you haven't taken these steps yet, and as long as it's not the SMART version, here's the trouble shooting guide for yours. Scroll to page 14 CC-PA100W_HP_ENG_n_v6.pdf (cateye.com) When I've had this issue it's usually the wheel sensor just has to be repositioned to be the correct distance and position in relation to the magnet.

Thanks. I have the CC-PA400B. With mine it is not an issue. It flat-out doesn't work. Cateye support has gone downhill. E-mail response is slow and you can't get them on the phone.

Ah, in that case check out YouTube as I ran across a video of how to make your model work using the Bluetooth setup. Couldn't find it again with a quick search but you may have better luck. Sounded like a common issue for owners of that model.

I'll check it out. It's a problem on my side and not an issue.
