Both common sense and everyone responding above have been trying to convince you of this.
I am not sure you need that sign; your first attempted repair should serve as a functional equivalent.
... Its semi-abandoned with a sign on it saying the frame is busted and not to ride it, I think im going to store it somewhere hidden away at work ("radiation tunnels" for a discontinued part of the accelerator) but I dont want someone finding it and hurting themselves on it in the future.

but the parts on it are newish and fancy. Worth salvaging. just take the parts of and cut up the frame, you would not want to be responsible morally or legally if some grabbed the frame tried to use it and had a failure resulting in injury

Ride that bike with the tie wraps duct tape, and epoxy holding it together to the bike shop to use it as collateral for borrowing the bike to take out on the 2 hour test ride!!!!
