Bent fork?

Came off an ebike, does it looks weird? All forks are usually straight, but I can't see where it might be bent.

It looks perfectly normal. The rake is created by the "twist" in the crown, which is typical with suspension forks.

Could be the perspective, but the fork on your bike looks like it might be reversed.

EDIT... no, it's not, judging by the dropout position. And the brake...

Sure looks like the crown is twisted so the dropouts are now behind the steering axis, as in negative rake. Generally from a frontal impact. Andy

Judging by dropout position relative to the angle of the steerer, it most definitely is bent. You can see that an impact to the dropout side (front) of the fork pushed the stanchions back against the steerer. The crown absorbed most of the force.

Congrats on your new fork!

Yes, your fork is done.

Was this cause by impact or braking?

Whatever fork comes on that thing is not of quality and this one you are displaying is bent for sure no question. I wouldn't put much money towards a new one but in the end you might not easily find one as that is an odd fork most common on random fat tire e-mopeds from China. Maybe Alibaba and his 40 thieves probably sells the same no-name fork that came on it.

Looks like the crown is twisted from a frontal impact.

Must be some impact, however, front wheel is true, unless it was replaced. This is ebike flip, which I bought for $70, and now I have to shell out $120 for new fork.

Just like in flipping houses there are issues that some don't see at the time of purchase. Learn from this and how better to access a bike on sight.

Wheels have a huge strength in line plane of the rim. Not having a dented wheel from a frontal impact is not uncommon at all. Andy (who has flattened a front tire on his chain ring as he flew over a car's trunk. The wheel and him suffered no real damage, but the poor frame and fork...)
