refurbishing 1987 bianchi strada

6 speed rear gears beautiful lugged steel frame I 'm going to strip it and paint it celeste.

everything works. I 'm thinking i'll replace the wheels with something newer and lightter - if i can make the spacing work for the rear.

anyone know a good place to find info on how to do this?
