Best way to change this spoke?

I've done this on j-bends quickly and easily without having to touch the other spokes but it doesn't look like it's possible with straight pull? This is the first wheel set I've build with SP so not much experience but I remember building it was a PITA trying to get the spoke heads past the spoke before it, and that was with no tension. This looks like I'm into removing atleast a few spokes. Ant tips to avoid this?
Thanks

Actually nevermind. Only needed to undo the one spoke blocking the hole, uncross it from the others, and pull it out of the way. Thought I was looking at having to do this with 2 or 3 of them - but nope.

MTB spokes seem to hit rock bottom quicker than the ones on skinny wheels...
