mount for horn

bought on the cheap bulb horns. Rather not mount on the handlebar facing forward, but rather the stem pointing down.
Anyone know of a method or perhaps a clamp for this?
The horn is about 5/8" diameter. The stem in about 1 3/8" diameter.
Like a right angle dual clamp.

Can't you just rotate the horn around the handlebars till it is pointing where you want it to be? I'm sure I'm missing something here... Andy

Two zip ties of sufficient length. Cheaper. lighter, easier, and quicker..
add a custom wood piece as a stand-off, if desired... a short piece of 1x2 comes to mind... or a carefully selected and shaped deadfall maple branch...

I bought one of these to attach some stuff.
Sorta cool because it keeps my mounted-to-the-stem iPhone charged.
They make single clamp ones, as well.

But you have to also consider mounting the air tank....

A couple of hose clamps looped together.
