The bolt on my crank
The bolt on my crank is coming loose and I have to tighten it everytime or inbetween a ride. What can I do to prevent it from doing so? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What type of cranks do you have - square tapered or splined style?
I assume you are torquing them adequately. Park Tool has torque values on their website.
