Dub pre-load thread ring question

I am using (trying to use I should say) a Cannondale mountain 30mm Hollowgram axle in a BSA30 thread fit bottom bracket. Doing this would allow me to use a 104/64 triple spider with the Hollowgram crank arms with a nice triple chainring set of 48/36/24. So far I feel like I will either smash the bearings, or have insufficient spacers and end up with play/slop in the axle. Has anyone used one of these “dub” pre-load adjusters for custom Cannondale Hollowgram 30mm applications? Thanks for any help.

Is this what you are asking about?

The DUB spindle is 29mm so it wouldn't fit, unfortunately. You may have good luck going to your LBS and seeing if they have any leftover 30mm spacers sitting around, something like these.

Edit: This would work too, they're nice quality and can go on 30mm spindles.

Sram makes the plastic version in 30 mm and Dub. They cost about $7.00
