Creating a Fixed Gear

SO i live in seattle, washington and there is this great place right by my house (well withing riding distance) and they sell used frames. I am looking to make a working fixed gear for riding around seattle because i dont wanna ride my bianchi racing bike because my old trek already got stolen. SO im looking for what kind of parts i need for the fixed gear. Since simplicity is my goal while building the fixed gear, i was looking for a short list of what parts i would need to purchase. any list would be very much appreciated!!

thanks!

Check out the fixed gear section here, too.

Did a recent conversion myself, using an old frame bought off Ebay.
Frame
Fork
headset
stem
bar
wheelset - could be FG specific, or an old freewheel set, redished.
Cog & lockring
brakeset & lever - many run front only
BB
crankset
pedals
chain
seatpost
saddle
And I've likely forgotten something, too.

Tires
Tubes
Rim Strips
Bar Tape/grips (or maybe not... depends on the rider)
It's the little stuff that you forget that puts the bike WAY over budget as opposed to REALLY over budget...
