Front derailleurs lug or clamp??

Front derailleurs lug or clamp??
Can someone please tell me if baze-on lugg type front mechs can be used with a std front derailleur clamp?

I'm not sure what you mean by "standard derailleur clamp". If you mean can you remove the clamp from a clamp-on derailleur and use it to mount a braze-on derailleur, the answer is no.
Shimano and a couple of aftermarket suppliers make adapter clamps in various diameters to allow braze-on front derailleurs to be used on frames without the brazed on tab.

Current campy(at least upper end) braze ons can be converted to campy clamp type,and clamp types can be converted to braze on. This is not with the use of an 'adapter clamp' as with shimano.
