Cleat life expectancy
I have a pair of Multi-release SPD cleats with 6500 miles on them. Now one cleat does a grind-squeak when the pedal is at the 3:00 position. I tried oiling stuff on the pedal.
So how long do cleats last, and what could be causing the squeak on just one pedal?
