guys i really need some help here
hey guys i have an 03 specialized vegas tr-x and i bought a new crank oddy black widow i cant get the stock bb out i have the crank arms off but thats it any sugggestions thanks J

I'd try the BMX forum. BMX cranks and bottom brackets are different. Most of the advice that you're going to get here is going to be wrong.

A few suggestions:
- Try using meaningful thread titles. REALLY!
- Stay in school.
- Acquire a keyboard whose punctuation keys are operational.
- Return to the forums where you've posted your request to check your messages and the thread for responses. when you say "email me at....." I stop reading immediately. The operating idea is that this is a discussion forum. Sometimes I can find my problems in someone else's dialogue by the search function, and I don't make an ass of myself.
- Get a good spam filter...

yeh i do all of my own work bc i only trust myself and i have the bike at my house were i want it and i can do it for free and have some fun doin it myself
