I recently picked up a used Diamondback Outlook that has a Shimano SIS7 rear derailleur with a Shimano Grip Shift twist shifter. Where can I find info on how to set up and adjust this? The indexing appears to be off a little bit, and it sometimes shifts into a higher gear by itself. I'm a good wrench jockey, but old school, my road bike has friction shifters and I've never worked on an index shift system before. TIA for any help....

P.S. - Don't know if it helps, but the rear derailleur is stamped RD-TY22, and the Grip Twist shifters are SRAM.
