Pre Delivery Inspection

How would you go about doing a pre delivery inspection (PDI) ?

Pretty much the same way I'd inspect any bike; wheels true/round? Loose spokes?
Brakes adjusted properly? Front and rear DRs both shift properly through the range?
Bolts, nuts, fasteners properly tightened? Headset, BB, and wheel bearings smooth and free of play? Pedals smooth, properly tightened?
QRs adjusted properly, etc, etc.
