New brake blocks\pads
i ahve a raleigh Airlite 200 (2006) and the front brake blocks\pads need replacing, i have removed them from their cartridge, and they say M55/R on the back, i've looked around but i'm wondering where i can find replacement pads,

would these work? i've heard using the wrong pads can damage the rims
Thanks in advance
Chris

What brand/model brakes are on there?
See this page:

Pick the one that looks most like what you have. Get the salmon compound.
You're in the UK? You should be able to find a dealer that stocks Kool-Stop. If in the US, order from Sheldon.
Those ones that you linked to slide into existing pad holders. That's great as long as they match the holders.....
"Ruthless pads formulated for extreme grip" would make me nervous. Sounds like they might dig into your aluminum rims. Look for the salmon bads for best stopping and rim compatibility.
edit: oh, those are Rim Wranglers. They won't hurt anything but there are better pads on the market. Everyone loves the Avid brakes that come with those but recommend replacing the pads!

Looked up that bike - 2007 has Tektro brakes. Don't know anything about them but pads look like Shimanos.
Their site even says they come with Kool-Stops:

Odds are these would fit:
