Clear coat coming off carbon fiber bike
I have a 1995 Univega carbon fiber bike. The top layer of clear coat is coming off. Is there anything I can do to get the finish back the way it was?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I understand what you are talking about, you could try respraying a clear coat back on. Make sure its a brand you know and trust. Sorry if I dont understand what you are saying.
