Switched to loose balls in my headset
Last week I asked if switching to loose balls is a good idea in my headset. This morning I did the switch on my KHS and took it for a good rough (by standards here) ride on the trails. The difference is night and day. With the retainers, I'd have to tighten her up again after the ride (yes, they were in right). She stayed tight (yet free) with no play throughout the ride. On the repair stand, the turning was much smoother too. Thanks for the recommendation.
