broken gear indicator

Hello Fellow Bikers

Recently, When I shift my rear derauiller, my gear indicator does not indicate which gear I am on but the the derauiller still shifts and the shifter still works. I think I may need to replace the indicator because I dissassembaled the shifter and the indicator was broken in two pieces. I was wondering where I can find this indicator. It is for Shimano Deore rapidfire shifters and It is a nine speed The thing that broke is the pinkish little indicator. Thank you

John

If it's purely the aesthetics, I wouldn't even worry about it.... My shifters never came with indicators....
