FC-1051 compatible with Ultegra 6500?

Wanting to upgrade a Cannondale roadbike with old 105 drivetrain with new piece-meal Ultegra parts. Bike previously had 7-speeds and FC-1051 cranks (52/42 Biopace chainrings). Can I keep the old crank/chainrings and install new Ultegra rear components (9-speed CS-6500 cassette, RD-6500 derailleur, SL-BS77 shifter)?

Thanks for advice!

Yup. If you weren't already aware, that 9-speed cassette won't go on your old hub unless you replace the freehub body. See
