FYI, I started a thread (Beware the Forster Super Link III) in the Road Cycling forum warning about annoying drivetrain noises caused by the Forster Super Link III.

I've had the same experience with Forster Links clicking after a few hundred miles. What puzzles me is that their predecessor, the Craig Super Link, was very durable and lasted for thousands of miles with no noise. In both cases these were 8-speed links.
I've been told that they are the exactly same product made by the same factory so I don't have any idea why they behave so differently.
