Heh, not sure about that "good authority" bit ;), but I can't imagine it's anything but coincidence. Keep us looped after you install the new tube.

Hail the master Juicemouse! :D No doubt it's the tube. Looking at it again, I don't know how I had any confidence in it at all it was so thin and worn.
