I am looking for a straight alloy post in 1 1/8" size for a folding bike to fit in the quick connect
head tube and for mounting my adjustable stem. Does anyone know of an online source of
plain tube with out seat fittings, threads, quill etc?
I need it for adding an adjustable stem to my Downtube folding bike.
Thanks,
HBob

Great. What is overall length?
Is it plain finish or black?

I’ll give you exact length later. It’s silver alloy. I paid $ 19 +tax for a hybrid that I ended up selling few months later.

It is about 5” in length , only 1-1/12”- 2” sticks up for your stem to clamp on. Once it’s mounted the only thing you see is the cap w/expansion bolt on it.

I had a rather fast evolution from MTB to hybrid to road in the last 3 years.
Leftovers:

Spinerguy,
Thanks for posting. What I need is a straight 1 1/8" (26.2) alloy tube with no fittings of any kind.
I have a quick clamp at bottom and adjustable stem for top. It is for folding bike.
I need about 12" overall.
