Shimano Ultegra Shift Cable Replacement

Could someone PLEASE describe, step by step, how to replace a [broken] rear shifter cable on a Shimano Ultegra? Don't want to remove more than necessary, thus requiring unnecessary re-alignments when re-assembling. Thanks.

Try Shimano site for full installation/service instructions
-rear mech https://cycle.shimano-eu.com/media/cy...9830537869.pdf
-front shifter https://cycle.shimano-eu.com/media/cy...9830537931.pdf
Or in simple terms:
-shift into top gear on rear sprocket ie smallest(vital)
-disconnect wire at rear mech (5mm allen key)
-remove wire by pushing it out through shifter with brake pulled slightly on to allow cable nipple to come out of lever
-remove inner wire only (and protective donuts)
-lubricate new inner wire
-insert new cable into shifter, pull all way through so nipple seats properly in socket
-route cable remembering to replace protective donuts on top tub, pull tight and secure behind 5mm allen bolt
-indexing should not be affected but new cables 'stretch' after a few rides and adjustment of cable tension may be required.
