Disk Brake Adaptor for 98 (?) Marz Z3 Long Travel

I recently purchased a used 98 (?) Marzocchi Z3 long travel to put on my trials bike when I ride urban/park.

It has non-IS disk tabs. Is there an adaptor out there that will allow me to run Avid BB5's (or any other disk brake)? If so, soes anyone have one?

I called Marzocchi direct, and evidently they no longer employ anyone that worked there in 1998, because the guy I talked to was clueless.

Any help much appreciated.
