front brake cable routing
80's single pivot campy, the ones with the bullet shape nuts.
I'm used to brake calipers with the cable housing adjuster vertically above the cable clamp. On these older calipers, the housing adjuster is slightly inboard of the cable clamp. I am trying to route cables in an "aero" set up but the housing is actually pushing on the caliper and now the caliper does not want to find neutral center. However, if I don't tape the cable housing to the drop bar, the caliper centers beautifully!
What is the best way to make these calipers work with an "aero" cable routing?
