Need help with rounded screw

There is a rebound adjuster on the bottom of my RST fork (Yes, i know they suck theres no need to remind me) and there is oil leaking from it. This is because the screw that holds the internals in place underneath the adjuster is loose and needs tightening. The rebound adjuster is held in by a small phillips head screw and when i went to adjust it, the screw was starting to round and all of my philips head screwdrivers all span in the screw anyway due to the shallow "cross".

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get this screw undone? Some pics are below if they help but are of poor quality because of my ****ty camera.

Cheers in advance.

Does your camera have a macro mode?
The usual solution to rounded screws and bolts is a Dremmel. The cutting disk can be used to make a new slot. Cut with finesse and use eye protection.
You have to find a new screw for replacement.

No, the camera is only not focusing because it was dropped a few months ago and cannot focus close or long range anymore.

Problem was solved by placing a normal screwdriver in the screw and gently tapping with a hammer until it bit. Thanks anyway.
