Campag to Shimano

I'm looking at buying (second hand ) a set of wheels. The only problem is the rear is Campy compatible and I have Shimano 10 speed. Is it just a matter of changing the free wheel body or do I have to change the whole hub?

Depends on who made the hub. If it's a Campy hub there probably aren't any Shimano compatible freehub bodies for it. If it's a Mavic or other after-market hub, you may be able to change the freehub body to a Shimano pattern.

There are adapters and spacer kits that respace Campy cassettes to Shimano spacing.

There is also a device called a Jtek that alters the derailleur throw to let you use a Campy cassette with Shimano everything else.
