Guard for Stronglight crankset

Is it possible to fit a chainguard to protect trouser leg from the chain on a Stronglight Escape (similar to Stronglight 100)? I have seen a sort of outer ring on some cranksets which sits to the right of the large chainring (on this bike, my wife's, a 48).

You need to know the bolt circle diameter before you can shop for one. There are some for 144 bcd on eBay right now, but I doubt that you need that size.
