Mystery SPD Pedal and cleat I.D. help

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question, but I've got my eye on these pedals but can't figure out if they take regular SPD cleats (which I have at present) or if they are SPD-R cleats or even something beyond that. Any help/identification would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
