Seat post corrosion issue

Seat post corrosion issue
Whats up, I have a 2 year old steel bike(with an alum seat post) and was adjusting the seat, I found it hard to move and when i finaly removed it i found alot of corrosion. I am an auto mechanic (german cars) so I am aware of dissimilar metal corrosion. My question is what is the best thing to do? Clean post and seat tube and use anit-sease paste? thanks in advance for the advice. I know my spelling is very poor.

2. Repeat the above at least once a year.

This is standard bike maintenance. A frozen seat post is a common occurence and can sometimes be unrepairable.
