inner tube sizes
 
4 a 2.35 inch tyre do i need to get a 2.1 inche inner tube or a 2.4 inch inner tube. basicly do i need 2 get a bigger one or a smaller one??

Either should work. The bigger one will be heavier but ever so slightly more punture resistant since it won't be as stretched out on the inside.

I think a tire rep would tell you to go with the 2.4.

My opinion, go with the slightly smaller one. Why? Less likely to bunch up and pinch. I always go a bit smaller on my tubes and have better luck. The little amount the tube will be made thinner by stretching such a little bit more is negligable, but too big of a tube is easy to pinch. My $.02.
