Gizmo for 2 levers, 1 caliper

I'm looking for a gizmo (somewhat like a reverse cable splitter) which will allow me to operate only my front brake using either the left or right side brake lever. Does such a thing exist? Thanks....:)

Search the SS/FG forum it gets brought up every two months or so.

Enjoy

There's always the Primo Pervert:

It's made for custom length gyro cables on BMX bikes, but I bet it would also work in reverse.

Thank you all for the links! I like the Jtek double control splitter but not the price. Perhaps I can rig something up like in FGG. The BMX splitter does not look like it'll work in reverse...:)

Thanks!

Thanks!

I don't see why the one I posted wouldn't work as a 2-1 splitter instead of a 1-2. It's still pulling cable, just the other way. Maybe I'm missing something?

BMX cable splitters like that one are dependent on the springs to keep the moving bit level. A regular gyro cable splitter should work but they have a fair bit of internal friction and you can't adjust their length.
