Laid my bike and it pulls to the left
 

I have a beater bike that rode smoothly until I crashed it yesterday. There's no dead obvioius damage. There are scrapes on the right side handlebar grip and left front fork. I'm not sure how these two places can get scratches at the sametime.

I straightened the handlebar because it rotated and it looks normal now, but the steering feel is weird and when I let go of the handlebar, the bike wants to pull to the left. How can I check and fix my steel fork?
