Rear Disc Hub vs Non-Disc Hub Strength Question

I swear I've searched and searched but I can't find a definitive answer.

Assuming both wheels are using rim brakes, equal quality parts, spoke count, and build... are rear disc wheels stronger than non-disc wheels? I am guessing yes because of less pronounced dishing.

True?

Thanks!
Chuckie
