Installing new stuff...

So, I just bought some new Shimano Sora shifters to convert my flat bar road bike (05 Sprecialized Sirrus) to a drop bar. I already have the shifters, bar, and my mini-v brakes should be compatible. My question is about how to put the cables into the shifter. Im just not quite sure about the specifics of it is all... any help would be appreciated, folks.

-Seth

PS

Anyone know if a Shimano RX100 front deraileur is decent? I have one, I just dont know if its any good.

It's actually pretty easy. The only big trick is to be sure that both shifters are in the smallest sprocket position when you go to install the shift cable. Look for a little window opposite where it comes out and it'll slide right in one side and out the other.

How did this work out for you ElSetho?? Just curious... what was wrong with the original front derailer?
