Cassette on Miche hub

Hi.

I have a road bike running 9 speed Campy Mirage drivetrain, which needs a new chain and cassette. The hub is Miche, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if a Campagnolo cassette would fit on this hub?

Alternatively if anyone happens to have a photo or diagram showing the splines pattern of a campagnolo cassette, (ie a picture looking flat at the smallest cog) then I could compare this with the cassette I have.

If it won't work I guess I'll end up with new wheels, but since I'm without a job at the moment I'd rather not!

Thanks

if your bike has a mirage drive chain, it will almost certainly be running a campagnolo compatible cassette. miche make campag (and shimano) compatible hubs and cassettes, both of which are supposed to be very good. i would simply assume that it is campagnolo compatible and fit a mirage or veloce 9 speed cassette.

so no need for new wheels? is it a saracen or claud butler per chance?

Thanks for the help. Managed to find a picture on the brandford website that I can check with, but I guess I'll just order a Campy cassette.

The bike is a Decathlon, not sure how old since it was used, but is not more than two or three years old.
