Crap Bottom Bracket! Please Help.

Ok, Rode Killington 7 times a few days ago on my single speed treky. Washed the bike. My first bottom bracket it sounded like birds were chirping squeak! Squeak! every revolution. Took it back got a new bb. Now my 2nd bottom is doing it like mad.(like a bird chirp chirp) I need to upgrade this bb. My current bb is a truvativ giga pipe and it has a 113 mm spindle, 68 mm shell, and I don't know about the 73 mm shell no spacer part but heres a pic

I am running a regular bontrager crank with no spacers or anything. Just 1 chainring with little spacers on the chainring bolts to convert it to single speed.
My question is can I replace it with this?

The second one down (68/73x113mm ISIS Spline)

Thank you for any help.

You can replace it with this one (68/73x113mm ISIS Spline) as far as I can tell.

I second that. You should be able to use the Truvativ Gigapipe Team DH Bottom Bracket as a replacement. The words "73mm no spacer" means that if you have a 73mm shell, you should not use the included spacer when installing the BB. For some 68MM shells, there can be a rubber spacer that goes between the BB and the shell.
