Component Size Calculations For Pinarello HELP?

I posted this over on the Road Cycling forum, but, I got no bites...
I bought this Pinarello Prince last week and I'm in the process of assembling it now...

A couple of differences between this frame and the one it's replacing is the bottom bracket and the front derailleur. My previous build-up had a braze-on, and this one will take a clamp type. I was going to get a clamp type FD, but, and I'm usually not this cheap, but to save $$$ I'm gonna get an adapter clamp.
So, here's the question, you've got a seat tube that measures right about 110mm in CIRCUMFERENCE, what size clamp is this going to need. I got 110/3.1415= about 35mm, so, the 34.9mm clamp adapter?
Also, and this is my big question, what about the bottom bracket? I'm guessing it's Italian, I measured the width right at 70mm, and it's going to be for Octalink crank arms.... where can I get one of these??? I didn't immediately see them on the Nashbar and Performance sites. Also, I did check my LBS, they weren't very much help, they had none of the things I needed on the shelf....
Thanks for your input.

Your front derailleur clamp calculation looks correct but the seat tube loks smaller than a 1 3/8" (35mm) tube.

the 70mm bottom bracket is Italian. A way to double check is to see if the drive-side threads are right threaded. If yes, it is Italian.

Hmmm, thanks for the info on the thread direction, I didn't know that, I'll have to go check it.
