Cannot not get 3 piece crank off =(

I cannot can any part of this bikes 3 piece crank off. Its just to dam tight! I tryed putting the allen key in and hitting it with a hammer. I tryed having my dad do it. I tryed the trick with the wrench for more leverage it bent the wrench slightly. I don`t know if its lock tightnted. I also try spraying the **** out of it with WD-40. Its not rusted or anything whats left that I can do?

Cranks can be pulled on some makes and models using a crank puller such as the CCP-2 or CWP-6 (Figure 7).

Use a 3/8" drive ratchet-wrench with an allen-socket. Use 2-foot long breaker-bar if necessary. It's all about torque, not hammering...
