Help, stuck cassette remover, how do i get it out?

Hey, I have a Shimano HG cassette, and while trying to take it off, i used the Park FR-1 by mistake, which is for frewheels, not cassettes, the stupid tool is stuck in the cassette now, only a little section though is in, but the stupid thing is stuck like a mofo. Does anybody have any idea how to get it out?

How do you get it out? Boyfriend, how did you get it in?

Since it is stuck in the lockring, why not put a wrench on it, unscrew the lockring, and then knock the lockring off of the tool with a hammer. Of course, you might need to find a new lockring.

You could also put a dribble of oil on the tool right at the lockring splines. That might help loosen things up so that you could take the remover out with a BFW (a large wrench).

Good luck!

Put the tool in a bench vice and try yanking the wheel up hard. You should have plenty of leverage at the rims.

D*Alex, is that a picture of you? Nice hair, boyfriend. And that's a good looking tail...

But that nose! I could recommend a good plastic surgeon.
