Big big question need help please

I currently own a norco which has shimano 21 speeds

i recently purchased a used bike called KONA which has 24 speeds and rock shox but the frame is in terrible shape

i want to switch chain and rim with sprockets and the suspension with the current one on my norco
my big question is will i have to switch the deurillers too? (since the norco is a 21 speed)

Shouldnt have any issues with wheels if both bikes are atb(26"). Derail. changeover isnt needed..7/8 speed stuff at this level(assuming alivio or acera quality) work together. I do wonder about chainstay length between the two frames and if you may need to cut chain or add links. As for the fork, make sure the steer tube is long enough or you have spacers to account for different head tube lengths.
