Home work stand

Has anybody here used one of these? Are they any good? At $40 they seems like a pretty good deal. I'm sure they don't work as well as a real repair stand, but are they a complete waste of money?

The link i posted was from performancebike.com. Its the Spin Doctor Essential Repair Stand and its on sale for $40 right now.
